A zero-defect mentality forms the basis, the 4-eyes principle guarantees the produced quality. Quality control provides the proof. This is why we have built a modern test and measurement centre. The high-precision 3D-coordinate measuring machines allow us to satisfy the highest test requirements.
The unmanned measuring equipment consists of a «Zeiss Prismo Navigator SACC» and a fully automated pallet feed system installed in a clean room with a laminar air flow for a constant temperature of 20° ±0.5°C. This measuring cell can measure up to 13 different, high-precision workpieces with an accuracy of <1 μm and log the data. Not with a pallet feed system. The machine operator loads the prepared pallet with his workpiece for testing outside the clean room and sends this through the measuring process.
