QUALITY MANAGEMENT – ZERO-DEFECT MENTALITY
We are a process-oriented company that plans, controls and manages its activities by means of a master plan. A management review is performed every six months to measure the performance of the management and to assess the process efficiency.
We document every interaction with our customers as an unbroken business case. This guarantees traceability at all times. Our zero-defect mentality is expressed through produced quality. The basis for our quality is the first-piece inspection according to the 4-eyes principle so as to localise and avoid misjudgements.
Our existing quality management system according to ISO 9001 will be extended by the end of 2015 through certification in accordance with EN 9100 for aviation and space flight.
