Ensuring functionality

Measuring is a means of ensuring the functionality of a component. Our modern testing and measuring centre equipped with high-precision Zeiss 3D coordinate measuring machines allows us to meet the highest testing requirements. We perform unmanned measurements on a “Zeiss Prismo Navigator SACC” – installed in a clean room with laminar airflow for constant temperature conditions of 20° ±0.5°. Our measuring cell can measure up to six different, high-precision workpieces with an accuracy < 1 μm and log the data during production.

On our high-precision Zeiss 3D measuring machines we measure your manufactured parts and record them in the customer order.

Our zero-defect approach provides the basis – the four-eyes principle ensures that the desired quality is attained – quality control furnishes the proof. We apply this principle every day. 

As a process-oriented company that develops, controls and manages its activities by means of a master plan, we conduct a management review every six months to measure management performance and assess process efficiency. In so doing, we seamlessly document every interaction with our clients as a business case. This ensures traceability at all times – statistical evaluations and spot checks underline our zero-error mentality.
