Measuring and testing centre
Measuring is a means of ensuring the functionality of a component. Our modern testing and measuring centre equipped with high-precision Zeiss 3D coordinate measuring machines allows us to meet the highest testing requirements. We perform unmanned measurements on a “Zeiss Prismo Navigator SACC” – installed in a clean room with laminar airflow for constant temperature conditions of 20° ±0.5°. Our measuring cell can measure up to six different, high-precision workpieces with an accuracy < 1 μm and log the data during production.

In so doing, we seamlessly document every interaction with our clients as a business case. This ensures traceability at all times – statistical evaluations and spot checks underline our zero-error mentality.
